Congress has the opportunity to make an investment in Medicaid’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), but the bill has been stuck in the Senate. The money that this program provides allows me to obtain a wheelchair, live indepedentally with staff, attend & fund my day service program, and work on my paintings at United Cerebral Palsy.
