Meet #Fargo Police Officer Miller and K-9 Toby. On Jan. 28, 2022, Officer Miller graduated from a six-week K-9 training. Feb. 4, 2022 was Officer Miller's first shift with Toby where she received her K-9 pin from the K-9 Unit. K-9 Toby is specially trained in explosive detection. K9-Thor and FPD Officer Elliott Olerud are currently engaged in a rigorous training course which lasts 40-hours per week for the duration of 12 weeks.
