The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is investigating two shootings at South Carolina State University. SLED is asking for information from the public. One shooting killed a woman and another seriously injured a man. 18-year-old Matthew Daniel McCoy has been charged with Pointing and Presenting a Firearm at a Person and Carrying a Weapon on School Property.
