Vegan ‘Minced meat’ pie Round #2 of my pie series. Pretty much a take from the minced beef and onion pie minus the cruelty. Really simple recipe to follow, make yourself a mirepoix then build on the flavours one by one until you get a nice juice tasty sauce ready to fill your pies. Recipe : 1 Onion 1 Medium carrot 1 Stick celery 2 Garlic 187ml bottle or red wine Generous dollop of Tom puree 250g Plant mince ( Linda McCartney Foods ) 250ml Veg stock 1 Tspn Marmite 2 packets ready made shortcrust
