My hand made batt system 6mm ply (mine is marine ply… but exterior grade is good enough / cheaper) actual batts are 130mm x 130mm A tight fit is important so they don’t move while you are throwing, but it’s easy enough to get that right. If you don’t want to cut them your self you might be able to find someone with a laser cutter, or a handyperson who’s up for it… it’s probably an hours work for skilled person. If you don’t want to make your own there are a lot readymade systems out there. 👍🏽
