The mass national identification card renewal and registration exercise in Kisaasi,Kikulu Zone has today ended prematurely after residents lost their patience and started exchanging words with the NIRA data entry officers and their local leaders whom they accused of conspiring to sabotage the process by allegedly extorting money from people who wanted to avoid the long queues. Residents who had been queuing since morning lost their cool after some individuals allgedly arrived at the registration
