Jul 8, 2024 · DeMar is a winning Ironman type player that should bring a great mentality to the locker room. I didn’t like the swap with the Wemby/Spurs and thought negative Barnes/Huerter should’ve at least been paid off with 2nds, but Spurs had a monopoly on the cap.

DeMar is a 6x All Star, he has one All NBA 3rd team selection. He has been a "market generator" getting interest for a franchise during a time when their likely contention was non-existent.

Jan 31, 2025 · Mann is having a horrid year, but I have little doubt he can bounce back, and granted, he's not as good as DeMar, but DeRozan would be an atrocious fit as he needs the ball to be effective on offense, taking away from the free flowing game when Harden sits, and has little gravity to the arc to spread the floor when "the system" is in the game.

He mentions Arron Afflalo, even going as far as to say that he was jealous of Arron Afflalo. Arron Afflalo was the one that kids in Compton thought they should follow.
