The father of the 9-year-old girl found dead in Ticonderoga after being reported missing has been charged with murder and the concealment of a human corpse, according to New York State Police during a press conference on Monday.

Luciano Frattolin, the father of the 9-year-old reported missing on Saturday and found dead in Ticonderoga on Sunday, was charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a
