Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith will be behind the kit tonight (May 15) to back Paul McCartney for one of his Saturday Night Live performances, SPIN has learned.

Paul McCartney was the musical guest on May 16's Saturday Night Live, but ahead of the performance, the show finally gave fans a chance to relive one of his more iconic SNL appearances from the past.

Smith walked out onto the Studio 8H stage in full host mode, seamlessly mimicking Ferrell's exact cadence and mannerisms.
