Beyoncé was originally set to announce the tour in mid-January, a couple of weeks after her hit Christmas Day halftime performance, known to fans as the Beyoncé Bowl. She postponed the announcement because of the deadly wildfires in Southern California.

Beyoncé's LA tour dates: After a stop in the city of Angels, she'll make stops in Chicago, Ill.; East Rutherford, N.J.; London, U.K.; Paris, France; Houston, Texas; Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, Ga. Several presale windows will open before tickets go on sale to the general public on Feb. 14.

Beyoncé shared an Instagram graphic of neon lights that read “ Cowboy Carter Tour.” She then posted a photo of herself in platinum blonde micro braids, bleached eyebrows and bright red lipstick with “Cowboy Carter Tour” written across the top again.
