It seems like everyone is wearing Hoka sneakers these days, and for good reason: They’re damn comfy. The brand is basically known for being the ultra-cushy athletic shoe option, and includes such mainstays as the podiatrist-recommended Bondi sneaker and my personal favorite, the under-the-radar Solimar.

I’ve been reporting about sneakers for over five years, and during almost every conversation I have with podiatrists, shoe buyers and athletes, Hoka comes up. The brand only launched about 15 years ago, but it’s quickly become a household name.
