Rain delayed Sunday's Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans. Will it be dry this week?
To the dismay of revelers, cold and rainy weather forced several New Orleans area krewes set to roll on Sunday to reschedule their Mardi Gras parades . Thankfully, weather forecasters are predicting that rain and cold temperatures won't be a problem when the rescheduled parades take off this week.
