William Byron was already locked into the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs and was second in the regular-season point standings heading into Sunday’s race at Iowa Speedway.

This will be just the second time the NCS has ran an event in Corn Country. While NASCAR has held many races in Iowa among its supporting series, it was not until 2024 that they brought out the big guns to one of the more intriguing tracks in the Midwest. Last season, Ryan Blaney managed to pull out a win at the 3/4-mile oval.

An eventful week of NASCAR wraps up at the Iowa Speedway with the Iowa Corn 350 at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. A sold-out crowd will be in attendance at the Iowa Speedway to watch the last race of the NASCAR weekend in Iowa.
