An alleged DUI driver is in custody after law enforcement was forced to perform a PIT maneuver on an East Valley freeway early Sunday morning.

On Saturday, Gov. Katie Hobbs visited the Dragon Bravo Fire site, one week after the fire took a destructive turn and destroyed around 70 buildings, including the historic Grand Canyon Lodge.

Highway closures and evacuations remain in effect as a wildfire burns more than 58,000 acres in far northern Coconino County.
