Dowdle, who had a coming off a breakthrough campaign, is set to become a free agent. ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reported on Sunday that the Kansas City Chiefs are expected to sign a running back this offseason; however, the Washington Commanders have also been linked with Dowdle.
