After breaking into the ground-floor arrivals vicinity, the man went out a security door leading to the airplane’s parking area. Witnesses reported the man was being chased by police as he raced across the runway, running to the Asturias, Spain-bound Volotea Airbus 319. In his rush, he was sucked into the plane’s engine and killed.
