The Minnesota Twins organization has become a lesser version of the Cleveland Guardians. Was that even a good blueprint to follow in the first place—let alone a worthy template for a team in a much larger market?

After the Twins took a 3-2 lead in the 10th on a sacrifice fly by Johan Bride, the Guardians struck for two runs in the bottom of the 10th to win it. Ramirez drove in automatic runner Gabriel Arias to tie the score and pinch-hitter Martinez drove in Ramirez with the winning run on a single to right.

Run-scoring singles by José Ramírez and Angel Martínez lifted the Guardians to a 4-3 victory over the Twins in 10 innings.
