A 13-year-old is dead and another 13-year-old was injured after a shooting Friday night in Detroit, according to police.

Two stepbrothers, both 13 years old, were shot in Detroit Friday night. One of them was killed and the other was hospitalized, police said.

At around 6:20 a.m. Thursday in the 7100 block of Arcola Avenue, the passengers of two black pickup trucks exited and shot at the house near Van Dyke, police said. There were two individuals in each vehicle, but police said they are searching for two shooters who shot at the house.
