Nebraska lawmakers consider requiring K-12 schools to ban cellphone use on school grounds
The intent of the bill is to implement cellphone restrictions in all of Nebraska's K-12 schools. However, Attorney General Mike Hilgers, who collaborated on the bill, said that the current language is overly broad and is in need of amendments to specify the policy.
