Authorities are sharing new details about the death of Food Network star and "Worst Cooks in America" host Anne Burrell, who died June 17.

The cause of death was confirmed by the City of New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner, which reported that Burrell died by "acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine."
