Eric Church filed a lawsuit in federal court on Tuesday (March 10) to put a halt on illegal vendors selling Church-branded merchandise outside of his concerts.

Pati Smith, the city's Parks and Recreation director, said members of the law firm told the city that the T-shirts would only feature the American Good Eats Restaurant in their vendor application.
