Stellantis, the world's fourth-largest automaker, announced a management shake-up as it continues its search for a permanent CEO following the abrupt departure of Carlos Tavares in December.

Stellantis' Pro One commercial vehicle unit gets new leadership in Anne Abboud. She replaces Jean-Philippe Imparato, who has been leading Stellantis' European operations since October. Abboud previously was senior vice president of owned retail for Stellantis.

Stellantis announced management changes on Monday as part of a shake-up at the world's fourth-largest automaker launched after the shock exit CEO Carlos Tavares in December.

The revolving door of Jeep CEOs has spit out a new leader in the form of Bob Broderdorf. Alain Favey has been tapped to lead Peugeot, while Xavier Peugeot takes over at DS Automobiles. Stellantis’ bureaucracy has also been revamped to allow for “enhanced local decision-making.
