Jimmy Cliff, who is best known for his role in popularizing reggae music internationally through his hit songs “The Harder They Come” and “I Can See Clearly Now,” has died. He was 81. The cause was a seizure followed by pneumonia, his wife Latifa Chambers said in an Instagram post on Monday.
