Kelly Levert, Ennis Russelle Jr. and Rick Harvey of Stark County have formed The Kelly Levert Group, with plans for new music and a tour.
The Kelly Levert Group will honor old school R&B with a modern spin when it releases a single of the 1987 classic, "Casanova," featuring a rapper.
