There's a chance the Bills may not have star cornerback Christian Benford for Sunday's game at New England. Here's the latest injury update.

On Thursday ahead of the huge AFC East game on Sunday, it appears the Bills (9-4) saw their top cornerback leave practice early because of a toe injury. On Buffalo's injury report that day, Benford was listed as limited after not being on the injury report on Wednesday.

Benford is coming off one of the best two-game stretches for a defensive back in recent NFL history. He had an interception and a scoop-and-score against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Buffalo's 26-7 in in Week 13. The following week, he picked off Joe Burrow and ran it back for a touchdown, which proved to be the game-winning score for the Bills.

Otherwise, the team’s injury report was largely the same as on Wednesday. Linebacker Terrel Bernard (elbow), defensive end Joey Bosa (hamstring/wrist), offensive lineman Spencer Brown (shoulder), and receiver Joshua Palmer (ankle) all remained limited.

The Browns put together one of their best offensive performances of the season last week but still came up short of a victory. Their stingy defense surprisingly gave up 31 points and 184 rushing yards to the Tennessee Titans at home.
