Brave New World is receiving mixed reviews from fans and critics, with criticism of how overstuffed with Easter eggs it is, its lack of packing any notable political punch, and how it doesn't significantly move the Marvel Cinematic Universe forward as a franchise.

Luckily, we can look at the previous release patterns for Marvel Studios movies going to Disney+ to get a timeframe for when we can expect Captain America: Brave New World to join the world of streaming.

Captain America: Brave New World is not streaming on Netflix, and most likely will never be streaming on Netflix. This is due to the fact that Captain America: Brave New World is a Marvel movie. Marvel is owned by Disney, and Disney movies have a streaming home on the Disney-owned streamer, Disney+.

Brave New World and why it felt so strange to me. It was meant to be an espionage thriller (spoilers follow) in the vein of The Winter Soldier, and yet there was no real conspiracy (no traitors, just a guy randomly mind-controlling people) and a twist that was given away in the first trailer (Ross turning into Red Hulk in the Rose Garden).
