The NFL record at any point in the season is 14 games, set by the 49ers in 2024. The Jets could match that mark Sunday. The mark for fewest interceptions in a season is three, set by the 2017 49ers. Could the lack of interceptions cause players to force things trying to make a play?
New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn shared a blunt message with rookie QB Brady Cook ahead of the first start of his NFL career.
Glenn was a three-time Pro Bowl selection at cornerback during a 15-year NFL career that began when he was drafted by New York with the 12th overall pick in 1994. He played eight seasons with the Jets before later having stints with Houston, Dallas, Jacksonville and New Orleans.
Aaron Glenn is ready to call it a comeback, too. But the New York Jets coach, who last played in the NFL in 2008, was inspired by quarterback Philip Rivers coming out of retirement to sign this week and possibly start Sunday for Indianapolis at Seattle.
Head coach Aaron Glenn sits down with team reporter Eric Allen for a discussion about the Week 15 matchup between the Jets and Jaguars. Watch Jets Gameday Sundays at 7:30 a.m. on CBS 2 New York.
